Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Take Flight Business is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving text messages.

Our SMS service is supported by most major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS messaging service. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to receive messages at the provided phone number.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or update this page. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
